Course Objective:  Each participant will gain experience in becoming a better hiring manager by examining the basics of the hiring process.

Course Objective:  Each participant will learn how to conduct a Performance Evaluation and Career Development Plan and gain experience in practicing the skills necessary to be effective with these dialogues.

Course Objective:  Each participant will explore strategic thinking and concepts that are necessary to develop and direct leaders of teams in a specific direction.  Time will be invested in allowing each participant to develop action planning for his or her department.  This is an abbreviated leadership class, but is no substitute for a customized Leadership Program.
