The CrossGroup is proud to have great consultants, and Kyle Womack is one of our best! Today, Kyle will be honored by the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) as Engineer of the Year.  Kyle earned this honor through a lifelong dedication to serving his community and the engineering profession.

Kyle recently announced his retirement from Parkhill, Smith & Cooper after more than 40 years of service. He has taken on numerous leadership roles in his profession, including serving as the State President of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers and as vice-chairman of the Texas Engineering Foundation. He is also a Fellow Member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. His service to the community has included serving as President of the Midland Chamber of Commerce, and as the President of the Midland-Odessa Transportation Alliance. He was also the President of the Buffalo Trail Council of the Boy Scouts of America and Chairman of the Administrative Board for St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Midland.  In 2013, Governor Rick Perry appointed Kyle to serve as a Board Member of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.

Mark Cook and Kyle Womack continue facilitating leadership programs at PSC and TSPE as they have for many years. They are currently working with the Abilene Chamber of Commerce in their first leadership program.

Please join us in congratulating Kyle for this honor!
